Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy
We want you love the your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- A proof of purchase is supplied
- The item was purchased at full price
- The item is unused, in original condition and has all tags attached
- Dust covers and original packaging are included
- A Return Authorisation (RA) number has been issued by ELMS+KING
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
We cannot accept items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered or washed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered and traceable service, as we are not liable for lost returns.
Shipping for exchanged items will incur a fee:
- Australia: $13
- New Zealand: $30
- USA: $35
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Contact us at info@elmsandking.com or (02) 8338 0242 to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number
- Clearly note your RA number on your invoice or order confirmation
- Return your item within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your name, address, phone number and instructions inside the parcel
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit unless faulty.
Store Credit
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Refunds
All returned items are assessed upon receipt. If your return meets the above conditions, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy requirements.
