We only offer refunds on full prices purchases, when a Return Authorisation (RA) number has been granted and the item is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number. If your return is accepted, please post the item back at your own cost, with a copy of your original purchase email and the RA number included.
Returned orders sent without an RA Number and order information are unable to be processed.
We recommend using a registered/traceable method of return shipment as we do not accept responsibility of liability of lost returns.
Your return will be assessed and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or items purchased using discount codes. Please consider these purchases carefully. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds or store credit on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges or store credit is allowed on items purchased using discount codes. Sale items will only be accepted if the merchandise is faulty.
